Esca Bona started with a simple vision — an invitation to think differently about our food system. We envision a future that enables the right to healthy, nutritious food and is rooted in resilience and respect for people and planet. We set out to connect trend-setting entrepreneurs, technologists and visionary go-getters from across the food supply chain to work together and magnify the new, positive and previously unthinkable innovations happening in food.

Making bold changes to our food system is about having the courage to think differently, to be vulnerable and to work with new people in creative ways to shift the status quo. We need to tap into diverse communities of people and of thought to create a new future of food together.
